Local delivery is by White House own fleet, all furniture is delivered pre built and ready for use.
Please bear in mind that pre-built tables etc. are large. If you live in a property with no direct access to the garden/terrace or outdoor area where you intend to site the furniture; measure the access points to ensure that the products you order can get through your property. If not, please contact us as we can deliver flat-packed and assemble in situ.
National Delivery £70.00
Outlying Regions Delivery £100.00 (Devon, Cornwall, Dyfed, Powys, Isle of Wight, Grampian and Scottish Highland)
National Delivery is by courier, all large items of furniture i.e. tables are delivered flat packed.
Most furniture requires no assembly, simply remove the packaging and use, however some larger items (i.e. tables require some final assembly to attach the legs) which is straight forward and full instructions are supplied, please be aware however that some skills in using simple tools (screwdriver, hammer, glue) will be required.
Delivery Times
We will do our very best to get your purchase to you as soon as possible. To give you a guide we show approximate delivery times against each item on the product pages, but these can vary according to the product and / or manufacturer. You will be notified immediately of any possible delays that we are made aware of.
We aim to deliver all orders within 30 days. If we are unable to meet the 30-day deadline, we will proceed with your order only if you are in agreement that this is acceptable.
If your delivery address is hard to find, e.g. a rural or remote area or an unusual address, please supply any additional information that will help our courier to find you.
If we are unable to deliver your goods due to incorrect information being provided, we will reserve the right to make a carriage charge to re-deliver your order.
